ERGO bipolar – the standard for laparoscopy

ERGO bipolar is the new 5 mm instrument system. The reusable three piece construction ensures optimal reprocessing and sterilisation. The modular structure enables easy exchange of inner parts, even in a sterile environment. A variety of working lengths and a large selection of jaw inserts make the ERGO bipolar instruments suitable for use in a diverse range of applications.

Intended use:
The ERGO 320R/325R/335R and ERGO 330R coagulation instruments with cutting mechanism are intended for use in minimally invasive surgery, in particular laparoscopy. They are inserted through a trocar sleeve provided for that purpose. The ERGO 320R/325R/335R can be used for the preparation, grasping or cutting of tissue. The ERGO 330R can be used for the grasping, compressing or coagulation of tissue and subsequent mechanical cutting using the blade intended for that purpose.
Coagulation is effected by electrical energy produced by HF generators for electrosurgery. The instrument is connected through a bipolar cable to the bipolar output of an HF generator. Bipolar coagulation current can be used in a targeted manner in situations where indicated.
